Just get yourself what you need to get by (make due with normal and mayby hard or sharp stuff) and sake money from searching. Save bounty collecting untill you are middle or high class and can manage the power needed to do it effectivly. Although trying for bounties on the various NPC monsters when they have them isn't a bad idea at any level. Other then that, theres no real "easy money". You may want to try and solve the secret depositorys, those can often have a decent chunk of change in them. You may get lucky and find items that sell for lots too.
