[0161] Etna: "Mithril items are EXTREAMLY rare these days, since they can no longer be composed normaly. Even in the old days you wern't even allowd to sell a mithril item for 100 gold (the absolute minimum was 110). It's also unlikely that you will get a mithril ring for less then 400 gold unless you are buying it from someone who is giving you a very good deal for some reason. Ultimatly my advice to you, if you are so crunched for money, is to not try and get the top notch equipment. You should stick to normal or level 2 items and focus more on getting enough monet you upgrade your class and finding stellatio to make yourself generaly better. Remember, a mithril ring breaks just as easily as a silver ring. You shouldent spend tons of money on stuff like that unless you are prepared to, possably, lose it very quickly. I've know people to buy something from me and have to replace it with something else within a couple hours because it broke on them that fast. This is probabaly bad advice for someone of my profession to give, but I would rather see people fighting with a little more challenge and having fun then getting pissed off because they just wasted all their money on one big purchase that broke and possably leaving the game. :P" 2004-12-09(Thu)00:17:48
