I'm not sure how those extra titles are earned, but the first 4 are prety basic. Dynast is earned by having the highest rating as a fighter. Bigshot is earned by having the higest bounty. Millionare is earned by having the most money. Tycoon is earned by having the most business points (something cute devils are good at! ^_-).
